Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please review our policy below for information on returns and refunds for different categories of Soya food products.

1. Soya Milk and Soya Paneer:

  • Due to the shorter shelf life of Soya Milk and Soya Paneer, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for these products.
  • If you receive Soya Milk or Soya Paneer that is damaged or spoiled during transit, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product with a photo of the damaged or spoiled items, and we will do our best to address the issue promptly.

2. Soya Biscuits and Soya Milk Powder:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Soya Biscuits or Soya Milk Powder, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.

Processing of Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please contact our customer support team.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
